TICO's Education Standards ensures that Ontario's travel professionals understand their obligations under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 26/05; providing their customers with consumer protection and peace of mind when booking their travel services.
Stepping forward with Oliver's
We're excited to announce a partnership between the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) and Oliver's (OPI), a recognized leader in regulated e-learning for the financial industry. OPI will independently administer the Travel Counsellor and Supervisor/Manager Certification Programs and their final assessments.
TICO Exam Protocol
TICO requires all individuals who intend to enter the travel industry to demonstrate integrity while participating in the TICO Education Standards Program. Participants in this program are therefore required to read, accept and follow TICO’s Exam Protocol.
