Refund Policy: This course is non-refundable and not transferable.
A $25 administration fee is applicable for changes to course enrollment after 10 calendar days of purchase.
Certification Policy: We certify students within 3 business days. The exception is where the candidate’s recorded exam session contains irregularities requiring further compliance reviews.
